Today a friend of mine told me one of the best compliments she ever received was when her best friend told her, " You make me feel at home." How lovely this must have been to hear. I can only hope to make my friends and family feel that way towards me.

The human touch is so important in life. A hug,a kiss or the touch of a hand is so powerful. So much is said and felt by a simple hug..it can be so comforting,loving or even silly. I think we should all hug a little more. I remember the first time I hugged one of my best friends. After our embrace we realized we had never hugged before.. and the feeling so was wonderful we had to keep on hugging! Sometimes I think the American culture is so stiff. I wish we could learn to embrace more freely and comfortably. I think without the touch of another human.. we would all go insane.

He asked her if she would like to take a little trip.

Last night I was asked If I believe I could make the world a better place. As I thought about it I realized this- We all have our own worlds. In them are the people we know, the places we've been or want to be, Everything we think and care about. These things make up our worlds and I believe I can change my world. Make it better or even worse. And once you have made your world a better place.. The world in general changes too.
